Cheryl was the exact person that I needed to work with while selling my house. She was very easy to talk with and put me at ease from the very beginning. She guided me through text and talk the whole way. I am a senior and was a little nervous so I appreciated her kindness. I would surely work with her again.

Cheryl was extremely helpful with guidance and suggestions on what to do with our house to make it highly marketable and once we were ready she was prompt about getting very nice pictures taken and getting the house on the market. She then helped us through all the further processes when an acceptable offer was made, keeping us well informed as we were no longer in state. Cheryl and Haring are highly recommended.

Buying your first home is a personal and vulnerable experience. With the overwhelming process and quick changing market, it felt impossible to make the right decision. Cheryl’s commitment to serving her community through volunteerism led me to her. During my year as Miss Ohio 2023, Cheryl took the time to go above and beyond being a host home and got to know me personally. She ensured that I remained grounded during my overwhelm, calm during the stress, and confident when the right house did come along. We competed with several offers and it ultimately came down to who had the most responsive realtor, and in our case it was Cheryl! She seamlessly worked with the lender that we selected and brought in expertise for the vendors we needed. We truly felt loved, heard, and valued as Cheryl’s clients. Xavier and I are now able to begin our life together in the house that Cheryl worked months with us to find. We will always be a client knowing that we will always be taken care of by Cheryl.

When we decided to sell our home, my husband and I quickly decided to call Cheryl to ask for her assistance. Cheryl was worth every cent of her commission! She was the perfect mix of professionalism, personality and showed a genuine personal interest in us as individuals! There were times she definitely protected us from buyers who were not dealing in good faith. There were times she consoled us when deals or offers didn't come through. There were times she had to honestly bring us to decisions and changes. There were times when she magically negotiated competing offers. And of course, there came the time when she celebrated with us when the sale was made & papers were being signed!
